The OXYHARVEST products are to be used strictly as per the instructions given in the user manual. It is dangerous to try and open a running unit or spill water on the lower base of the unit. Unplug the device immediately in case of any issues to prevent a mishap. Do not consume the produced algae as a food supplement, as your room conditions may have contaminated the culture and it may not be edible. The liability of OXYHARVEST is limited to the cost of the unit purchased. There is a 30 days money-back guarantee, and an 18-month guarantee on the fan and LED light, and a 6 months guarantee on the air pump.
