ORDER DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier issues, and customs delays.

Priority Delivery: OxyHarvest may delay the delivery of your order if it receives a request for a priority delivery by a customer who is, or wishes to purchase for a patient of Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), or any other respiratory disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Memory Loss, etc., for which they have been medically recommended to install the OxyHarvest unit in their room.

MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact our customer support team for assistance.
